The Baltimore Ravens certainly know how to set off fireworks in their home game opener, scoring 28 first-half points en route to a 28-7 first-half lead over the Miami Dolphins. Devin Duvernay kicked off the performance with a 103-yard kickoff to start the game, giving Baltimore a lead he wouldn’t give up in the first half.
Lamar Jackson had three touchdown passes in the first half, including a 75-yard pass to Rashod Pittman that lifted the Ravens 14-7. Tua Tagovailoa found Jaylen Waddle with a 5 of 5 lead for 97 yards in six games and 94 yards to tie the game 7-7 moments before Jackson found Bateman on that next Ravens play that followed. Jackson later found Mark Andrews on the Ravens’ next possession to drop a yard to lift Baltimore 21-7. His last touchdown pass was to Demarcus Robinson for 12 yards to put Baltimore 28-7.
Marcus Williams got two interceptions off Tagovailoa. He’s only had two interceptions all last year and has three in two games with the Ravens.
Based on what we saw in the first half, it looks like the crows are ready to make a statement on this one. You’ll want to catch up on all the action in the live blog below! We’ll have all the updates and analysis from this one!
