Yesterday, Kotaku posted a report with A A new round of accusations Against Nintendo and Aston Carter.

In an update, the same outlet has now seen an internal message (sent to staff by NoA President Doug Bowser) regarding “media coverage that includes allegations about worker behavior.”

This is exactly what Bowser said:

We have strict policies designed to protect our employees and partners from inappropriate behavior and we expect full compliance with these policies by all who work with or with us. We have made and will always investigate any allegations we become aware of, and are actively investigating these latest allegations.”

Please remember that our HR teams are here to support you. If you encounter, experience, witness or witness anything related to such behavior that is contrary to the Standards of Conduct, the Employee Handbook, or the Company’s values, please contact your HR Business Partner immediately.
