The monarch, who was officially crowned alongside his wife Queen Camilla last month, did not invite the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to the Troops of Color parade, also known as his birthday parade.

On Monday it became clear that no members of the exiled royal family were required to attend the festivities.
“I’m afraid it’s a reflection of the state of relationships right now,” said one source told Daily Mail columnist Richard Eden.
This is said to be the first time Harry has not been welcomed into his father’s official birthday celebrations.
“When the Duke and Duchess of Sussex left their royal duties three years ago, Queen Elizabeth said they would always remain much loved members of my family,” an insider told the outlet.
“Buckingham Palace officials were keen to ensure that they would continue to be invited to family events.”
Despite Harry’s brief visit back home due to his ongoing legal battle against the Mirror newspaper group (MGN) over an alleged phone hacking scandal, the duke was last in London for his father’s coronation on May 6.
While Harry briefly attended the historic May 6 event, the Duchess of Sussex ultimately stayed at her California home with the pair’s two children, Archie and Lilibet.
Harry spent less than 28 hours in the UK, landing in London on a commercial flight the night before his coronation.
The duke arrived at King Charles’ coronation alone at Westminster Abbey, without Meghan, 41, and it was the first time he had seen his father since he released his bombshell memoir Spear in January.
It’s reported that Harry didn’t see or speak to his estranged family outside of the ceremony, despite briefly filtering through Buckingham Palace during his speedboat.
