Katy Perry suffered from a party eye ‘glitch’ – and now fans are concerned that the pop star is actually a robot.
During a recent performance of her “Play” residency in Las Vegas, Perry seemed unable to keep her right eye open.
She even pressed her finger to her temple, seemingly trying to keep her eyelids from drooping.
In the end, the artist managed to lift her eyelid – and proceeded to keep both eyes wide open for several moments.
She then retreated before urging the audience to make some noise for her band.

“Her cloning was popular. That’s scary 😳,” one person wrote in a comment on TikTok, while another added, “It looks like her bot has a major glitch.”

Meanwhile, another person saw, “It wasn’t strange to the eye but the fact that she acted as if it didn’t happen and continued the show…”
Many others found the moment somewhat funny.
One person joked on TikTok, “That little doll you had when you were a kid with the eye closed,” while another mused, “You lost connection to wifi 😂.”
Another fan compared Perry’s unsteady eye to that of an “animated Disney 10 years later.”
Comments about Roar’s “glitch” come as she celebrates her 38th birthday.
Perry called in the New Year on Tuesday, which her partner Orlando Bloom honored in a sweet tribute on Instagram.
“Every time we take a trip around the sun and celebrate you, I remember being on this trip together and whatever the weather I always smile at,” the 45-year-old actor said. Couple selfie.
