Dr. Gharib 2 Actress Elizabeth Olsen has joked that she might return to the MCU, despite her character Wanda Maximoff’s violent exit in the new movie.
During an interview with colliderthe actress hinted that Dr. Gharib The sequel may not be the last we see of Wanda Maximoff (although it may be a much darker ending to the Crimson Ego).
“I sign the extensions every time they want me to make a movie,” she said of her Marvel contract. “I just signed a very short one at first, so it’s always fine, he’s always fitting in with me. No, I don’t think that’s the end.”
“I don’t know in what capacity I will return,” she added, seemingly trying not to give up on the movie too much. “I don’t know how to do it without, I don’t want spoilers.”
In the Multiverse of Madness Doctor Strange plays Olsen as Wanda Maximoff, aka the Scarlet Witch – a powerful witch last seen in WandavisionHe plays the antagonist in the new Doctor Strange movie.
While the Doctor Strange sequel hints at a more definitive end to the previous heroine, it looks like she may be back yet.
After spending the entire movie trying to reunite her two sons, Billy and Tommy, she changes her mind and realizes the evil she has done with the help of Darkhold – the sinister ancient script she finds in the finale of Wandavision.
She appears to sacrifice herself to destroy all copies of the book throughout the multiverse, burying herself and Mount Wundagore in the process.
But if Olsen is going her way, that won’t be the end. Looks like Olsen wants to team up with some familiar heroes from another series.
Someone just said, ‘Because you bring in the X-Men, Wanda is part of the X-Men franchise. Why can’t Wanda be there too? ‘ In my opinion, I’m like, ‘Yeah. Why can’t Wanda be with the X-Men, too?
“I have no idea. I don’t know what I want. I know I want it to matter. There’s no reason to keep telling these stories unless they’re really strong and good stories, and they add something to the entirety of the MCU. I’ll be there if there’s a great idea.”
It remains to be seen if Wanda Maksimov makes a comeback or not. However, even if I did, it probably wouldn’t be for a while. After all, Marvel’s upcoming roster is Really beautiful packedAnd, with no apparent movie to appear inside, we may have to wait for the X-Men to return before Wanda appears again.
