Actor and comedian Mike Bataeh, who is most remembered for his role in Too bad As manager of Joss’ famous laundry, he is dead. He was 52 years old. Mike Al-Bataih has appeared in three episodes of AMC’s Too bad As Dennis Markowski, director of the Lavanderia Brillante laundromat, which also served as a meth lab for Walter White and Jesse Pinkman.
Mike Al-Bataih has appeared on programs such as: It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Sleeper Sale, The Bernie Mac Show, Boy Meets WorldAnd Everyone loves Raymond during his acting career. Co-starring Paul Weitz American Dreams, Don’t Mess With The Zohan, GasHe played Mike in the 2012 movie Detroit Unleaded.
The actor has performed and headlined notable comedy clubs such as Gotham in New York and the Love Factory in Los Angeles, Comedy Store, The Improv, and Icehouse.
He was one of the first American comedians to perform for Middle Eastern audiences. Mike Al-Bataya has performed in Dubai, filming a special for Showtime Arabia, as well as Egypt, Lebanon, Nazareth and Jordan. The Jordanian royal family invited Mike Bataeh to appear at the Amman International Comedy Festival for two consecutive years.
