New York Giants pick in first round Kadarius Tony It may be available in commerce, a source confirmed to ESPN.

The New York Daily News first reported that Toney may be marketed by new General Manager Joe Schoen.

Tony was the 20th overall pick from Florida last year. He’s had a rocky rookie season that has featured many injuries and situations, from wearing the wrong size cleats to skipping a voluntary displacement program to multiple positive COVID-19 tests, which keep him off the field.

In 2021, Tony played 10 games, collecting 39 passes for 420 yards and not being touched down.

Schoen has been determined since his appointment to explore all options. He mentioned his willingness to listen to offers made to almost everyone, including retreats I will be Barclayin the NFL Scouting Association.

Since then, the first-year general manager has said that’s exaggerated. Schoen spoke to Barkley right away afterward, and has since said he hasn’t made any calls about the star’s back-to-back trading, even if he did receive a few calls.

But Schoen said in the group that he doesn’t view Tony as a tradable piece and expects to be on the team this season.

Tony did not participate in voluntary off-season training or at the mini camp this past week. New coach Brian Dabol said Tony has yet to receive the new team’s guide.

“Like I said, this is a volunteer camp,” Daboll said on Wednesday. “Guys who are here, we will work with them. People who are not here, will lose some things. It is voluntary for a reason. That is the nature of the rules.”

“I had good conversations with KT, good conversations with some of the other guys. I am encouraged by where we are now with our involvement, and what we are doing. We will continue to work in the right direction.”

Tony wasn’t the only player who didn’t attend the junior camp.

“It’s voluntary,” Schwinn said. “No one asked about other men who aren’t here. It’s life. Life happens.”

“I’ve had good conversations with Kadarius. We’ve been in touch. At the end of the day it was voluntary. That’s what it is.”
