False start. SpaceX has delayed the second launch of its biggest and most powerful rocket ever built, Starship, by a day due to technical problems, the US company’s boss Elon Musk announced on Thursday, November 16. This second test flight will be closely scrutinized by NASA, which is relying on the spacecraft for a return trip to the moon, after the first attempt ended in a major explosion in the spring.

Elon Musk said. So the release is postponed to SaturdayHe concluded.

On April 20, the Starship took off for the first time in its full configuration. But several engines malfunctioned, and SpaceX intentionally detonated the rocket four minutes later. The rocket disintegrated into a fireball and crashed into the Gulf of Mexico, sending a cloud of dust over a city several miles away.

In seven months, the launch pad was rebuilt, and a structure “The Flood” Water installed and tested. This rain, which is expelled when the engines are running, is supposed to dampen the sound waves, controlling the vibrations. Longer term, SpaceX plans to use Starship to reach Mars.
